腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒影响因素分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒影响因素。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年1月广东省汕头大学医学院第二附属医院肾内科住院部腹膜透析随访患者126例，采用问卷调查方式采集临床资料，采用单因素与Logistic多因素回归分析腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒影响因素。结果：皮肤瘙痒累及全身各个部位，常见的受累部位为背部、腹部、头部、四肢，分别占69.84%、46.03%、43.65%、42.86%，对称性皮肤瘙痒占84.92%，泛发性皮肤瘙痒(累及全身皮肤≥50%)占25.40%。皮肤瘙痒持续时间(t)<1个月、1个月≤t<6个月、6个月≤t<1年、t≥1年分别占7.14%、42.86%、10.32%、39.68%。126例腹膜透析患者中皮肤瘙痒发生率为61.11%(77/126)，单因素分析结果显示，腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒与年龄、糖尿病、腹膜透析时间、皮肤干燥、城市居民、睡眠质量、家务劳动、合并不良情绪及血磷、钙磷乘积及血清PTH水平相关(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示，年龄≥50岁、糖尿病、腹膜透析时间和血清PTH水平是腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒患者的独立危险因素(P<0.001)。结论：腹膜透析患者皮肤瘙痒主要受年龄、腹膜透析时间及血清PTH水平等多种因素影响。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence factors of itchy skin for peritoneal dialysis patients.Method：126 peritoneal dialysis patients in the nephrology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected，the clinical data were collected by questionnaire survey method，the influence factors analysis of itchy skin for peritoneal dialysis patients were analyzed by the single factor and Logistic multifactor regression analysis.Result：Itchy skin were dragged in whole body each place，affected areas to back，abdomen，the head，limbs，were respectively commonly accounted for 69.84%，46.03%，43.65%，42.86%，and the symmetry itchy skin was accounted for 84.92%，extensive hair sex itchy skin (involving the whole body skin≥50%) was accounted for 25.40%.Itchy skin duration(t)<1 month，1 month≤t<6 months，6 months≤t<1 year，t≥1 year were respectively accounted for 7.14%，42.86%，10.32%，39.68%.The incidence rate of itchy skin in 126 patients with peritoneal dialysis was 61.11%(77/126)，single factor analysis results showed that，the itchy skin incidence in age，diabetes mellitus，peritoneal dialysis time，dry skin，urban residents，the poor sleep quality，lacking housework，bad feelings and serum levels of P，Ca×P，PTH were related with itchy skin(P<0.05).Logistic multifactor regression analysis showed that，age≥50 years old，diabetes，peritoneal dialysis time and serum levels of PTH were the independent risk factors of itchy skin for peritoneal dialysis patients(P<0.001).Conclusion：The influence factors of itchy skin are mainly age，peritoneal dialysis time and serum levels of PTH for peritoneal dialysis patients.
