【摘要】 目的：探讨在股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期护理中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法：选取本院2014年1月-2015年1月期间收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者60例作为研究对象，按照护理模式分为对照组和观察组各30例，其中对照组护理模式为常规护理，观察组为舒适护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组Ⅲ级疼痛率为6.6%，明显低于对照组的30.0%，护理满意度为93.3%，明显高于对照组的60.0%，并发症发生率为6.7%，明显低于对照组的26.7%，各项比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理应用在股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期护理中效果明显，值得推广。
