【摘要】 目的：观察胸腔循环热灌注香菇多糖注射液治疗老年恶性胸腔积液的疗效与安全性。方法：将确诊的恶性胸腔积液老年患者66例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(31例)。治疗组采用TRL-体腔循环热化疗系统行胸腔热疗，胸腔内温度达41～43 ℃，给予香菇多糖6 mg胸腔内注入，体腔循环持续60 min；对照组胸腔内注入香菇多糖6 mg。两组均治疗2周，2次/周。结果：治疗组近期有效率为88.5%，对照组为77.4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组Karnofsky改善率为85.7%，对照组为38.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：胸腔循环热灌注香菇多糖治疗老年恶性胸腔积液疗效好，患者生活质量提高较明显，不良反应少，可作为不能耐受化疗老年恶性胸腔积液患者的首选治疗方法。
