【摘要】 抑郁症是精神科的常见病和多发病，病因复杂，涉及多个机制。临床研究一致认为抑郁症的发病涉及神经内分泌的变化，并认为某些神经递质的变化可作为抑郁症神经生物学标志。细胞因子目前成为研究的热点，较多研究表明其与抑郁症的发病有相关性，但具体机制有待进一步的研究。本文就抑郁症神经内分泌及细胞因子方面的研究进展作一综述。
