【摘要】 目的：观察阿司匹林对人结肠癌肿瘤干细胞标志物CD44的影响，以探讨其对结肠癌干细胞的作用。方法：Western blot检测不同浓度阿司匹林作用后CD44在人结肠癌细胞株HT-29和SW480中的表达情况。结果：Western blot结果显示肿瘤干细胞标志物CD44在人结肠癌细胞株HT-29和SW480中均有表达，阿司匹林能降低HT-29和SW480中CD44蛋白的表达，并具有良好的量-效关系(P<0.05)；两种细胞中CD44蛋白的表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：阿司匹林能降低结肠癌细胞株HT-29和SW480中CD44的表达，并对结肠癌肿瘤干细胞有抑制作用。
