【摘要】 放射治疗在ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)地位一直颇受争议，但随着放射治疗技术发展以及研究的不断深入，ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌术后放疗的价值逐渐得到大家的认同。本文对ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌术后放射治疗价值、放疗技术的应用、靶区设计及影响放疗疗效的因素等方面进行概述。
