甲状旁腺激素治疗绝经期骨质疏松症研究进展
【摘要】 甲狀旁腺激素及其类似物可以有效促进骨骼重建，增加骨密度，降低骨折风险，其促进骨生成的作用可针对性地治疗绝经后骨质疏松，因此越来越受到人们的关注。本文对甲状旁腺激素及其类似物的实验研究及临床观察进行综述。

【Abstract】 Parathyroid hormone and its analogues can effectively promote the reconstruction of the bone， increase bone density and reduce fracture risk， promoting bone formation for ground treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis，so more and more people pay attention to it.This paper reviews its clinical observation and the experimental study of parathyroid hormone and its analogues.
