【摘要】 股骨粗隆间骨折是骨科的优势病种，微创内固定是目前首选。微创治疗手段包括钉板系统的微创化和髓内固定系统两种，髓内固定系统形成独立的治疗和评价体系。目前改进的PFNA-Ⅱ有广泛的使用，临床在重视分型治疗和分级治疗结合的同时，早期整体模式和程序化模式结合有良好的疗效。本文综述了股骨粗隆间骨折的临床现状和最新进展，主要是微创内固定的方向进行探讨，为该病的治疗明确理论依据。
