【摘要】 经鼻高流量鼻导管湿化氧疗(heated humidified high flow nasal cannulae oxygen therapy，HFNC)是通过空氧混合器提供精确的吸氧浓度(21%～100%)和储氧式鼻塞提供高达60 L/min的流量以及37 ℃相对湿度为100%的气体，近年来在临床应用越来越广泛。本文从其主要组成及工作原理、工作机制和在呼吸系统疾病中的具体应用进行综述。
