探讨改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血的治疗效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血的治疗效果。方法：选取2015年8月-2017年7月本院收治的前置胎盘子宫下段出血患者72例，按照治疗方式不同将其分为探讨组和对照组，各36例。探讨组采用改良式宫颈环扎术治疗，对照组采用传统宫腔纱条填塞治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间和输入红细胞悬液量；术后恢复情况及止血无效率。结果：两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。探讨组患者术中出血量、输入红细胞悬液量和手术操作时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组中患者止血无效率为25.00%(9/36)，高于对照组的5.56%(2/36)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者均未发生产褥感染事件，术后宫颈外观形态均无异常情况，术后42 d经B超复查结果显示子宫形态恢复情况良好，均无患者出现子宫缺血坏死或者宫腔积血症状。结论：改良式宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘子宫下段出血患者可有效减少出血量，有一定临床运用价值。

Explore the Treatment Effect of Modified Cervical Cerclage in Treatment of Placenta Previa Lower Uterine Segment Bleeding/TIAN Yanhong，HUANG Xiaojun.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15(01)：034-037
【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the treatment effect of modified cervical cerclage in treatment of placenta previa lower uterine segment bleeding.Method：A total of 72 patients with placenta previa lower uterine segment bleeding in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected，according to different treatment methods，they were divided into study group and control group，36 cases in each group.The study group was treated with modified cervical cerclage，and control group was treated with traditional uterine gauze tamponade.The intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，input of red blood cell suspension betweent wo groups were compared，the postoperative recovery and hemostasis efficiency of two groups were compared.Result：The general data of two groups were compared，the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)，and it was comparable.The intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，input of red blood cell suspension in study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis inefficiency of control group was 25.00%(9/36)，which was higher than 5.56%(2/36) of control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no puerperal infection in two groups，and no abnormal appearance of cervix was found after operation.After 42 days of operation，the results of B-ultrasonography showed that the recovery of uterine morphology was good.No uterine ischemic necrosis or uterine hemorrhage was found in all patients.Conclusion：The modified cervix cerclage can effectively reduce the bleeding volume in the patients with placenta previa lower uterine segment bleeding，and it has certain clinical value.
