腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床效果评估(1)
【摘要】 目的： 研究與评估腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法：选取本院2014年1月-2016年6月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者60例为研究对象，利用计算机将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，观察对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30)，高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30)，低于对照组的26.67%(8/30)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月，观察组的复发率为3.33%，低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果非常显著，既能有效缩短手术时间，减少患者术中出血量，又能显著减少各种不良反应，从而缩短其住院时间，并促使其病情更快恢复，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study and evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis.Method：60 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects，they were divided into the observation group and control group by using the computer randomly，each of 30 cases.The control group received conventional open surgery，the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery，the results of the two groups were compared.Result：The intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，ambulation time，hospitalization days of the observation group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30)，which was higher than 80.00%(24/30) of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30)，which was significantly lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up，the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%，which was lower than 23.33 % in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The laparoscopic surgery is very effective in treating endometriosis，which can effectively shorten the operation time，reduce the bleeding amount in the operation of the patient，and can remarkably reduce various adverse reactions，thereby shortening the hospitalization time and promoting the rapid recovery of the condition，and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
