坤泰胶囊配合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗卵巢功能低下的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察坤泰胶囊配合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片(商品名：芬吗通)治疗卵巢功能低下的疗效。方法：本研究对象为2016年9月-2017年9月在本院接受治疗的78例卵巢功能低下患者，按照入院顺序分为对照组与试验组，每组39例。对照组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片单药治疗，试验组给予坤泰胶囊配合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片联合治疗，观察两组相关疗效指标的差异。结果：治疗后，试验组治疗总有效率为94.87%，较对照组的74.36%显著升高(P<0.05)；试验组子宫内膜厚度、窦卵泡数量均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)，但卵巢体积对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组临床症状Kupperman评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平均显著低于对照组，雌二醇(E2)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：坤泰胶囊配合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗卵巢功能低下能改善患者临床症状，促进卵巢功能恢复，提倡推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the efficacy of Kuntai Capsule combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets(trade name：Femoston)in the treatment of ovarian hypofunction.Method：A total of 78 cases of ovarian dysfunction patients received treatment in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects，they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，39 cases in each group according to hospital order.The control group was given Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets monotherapy，the experimental group was given Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets and Kuntai Capsule treatment，the difference of related curative effect index in two groups were observed.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the experimental group(94.87%) was significantly higher than that of control group(74.36%，P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and the number of antral follicles in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)，but the difference of ovarian volume was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Kupperman score of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the level of estradiol(E2) was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Kuntai Capsule combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets can improve the clinical symptoms，promote the recovery of ovarian function，so it can advocate promotion and using.
