复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病合并无症状性心肌缺血的效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析对糖尿病合并无症状性心肌缺血患者行以复方丹参滴丸治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2015年5月-2016年7月本院收治的120例糖尿病合并无症状性心肌缺血患者，按照随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组，每组60例。对照组行常规治疗，研究组行常规治疗和复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂联素(APN)、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，研究组血浆Hcy低于对照组，APN高于对照组(P<0.05)；白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数均优于对照组(P<0.05)；TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对糖尿病合并无症状性心肌缺血患者行以复方丹参滴丸治疗不仅效果良好，而且不会出现严重不良反应，具有显著临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on diabetics with silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Method：A total of 120 patients with diabetics and SMI in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group according to table of random numbers，60 patients in each group.The control group was treated by conventional therapy ，and the research group was treated by conventional therapy and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result：Before the treatment，Hcy，APN，leukocyte count，erythrocyte count，blood platelet count，TC，TG，LDL-C，HDL-C were not significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment，Hcy in the research group was lower than that in the control group，APN in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)；leukocyte count，erythrocyte count，blood platelet count in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)；TC，TG，LDL-C，HDL-C in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)；the total effective rate of research group was apparently higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction occurrence was not significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：The treatment effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on diabetics with SMI is satisfying with no severe adverse reaction，which thus is of prominent clinical value.
