高压氧治疗肺水肿的效果及对NO水平的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗肺水肿的效果及对NO水平的影响。方法:选取本院在2017年1月1日-12月31日收治的肺水肿患者共48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各24例。对照组给予常规方法治疗,研究组给予高压氧治疗,研究分析两组患者治疗后的效果,治疗前后的呼吸頻率、平均肺动脉压(MPAP)、NO水平变化以及血氧饱和度(SaO2)。结果:经治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的呼吸频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,研究组患者的呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的MPAP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,研究组患者的MPAP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的NO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,研究组患者的NO水平明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的SaO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,研究组患者的SaO2明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗肺水肿的临床效果明显,可以有效降低NO水平,其临床价值较高,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on pulmonary edema and its effect on NO level.Method:A total of 48 patients with pulmonary edema admitted in our hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to digital table method,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.The effect of treatment,the respiratory frequency,MPAP,the level of NO and SaO2 were measured,before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the respiratory rate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the respiratory rate of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MPAP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the MPAP of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of NO between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the level of NO in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of SaO2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the SaO2 of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of pulmonary edema, which can effectively reduce the level of NO,and its clinical value is higher,which is worthy of further popularizing in clinic.
