小儿脑外伤后患儿康复护理的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究并探討康复护理对小儿脑外伤患儿的护理效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2017年7月就诊于本院年龄≥5岁的小儿脑外伤患儿65例。按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组30例和观察组35例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施康复护理。比较两组患儿的神经功能缺损评分、Fugel-Meyer肢体功能评分、运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分，并比较两组家长的负性情绪评分、护理满意度。结果：护理后，两组患儿神经功能缺损评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，两组患儿Fugel-Meyer肢体功能评分、运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均高于护理前，且观察组均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，两组家长焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前，且观察组均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组家长的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿脑外伤患儿中开展康复护理，可有效促进其神经功能修复，有利于改善患儿的肢体功能、运动功能、日常生活能力，还有利于减轻患儿家长的负性情绪，使患儿家长对护理服务更加满意。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on children with brain injury.
Method：A total of 65 children with brain injury aged 5 years or older in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were selected.According to different nursing methods，they were divided into 30 cases of control group and 35 cases of observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，and observation group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nerve function defect scores，Fugel-Meyer limb function score，motor function score，and daily life ability score of children in two groups were compared，and the negative emotion scores and nursing satisfaction of parents in two groups were compared.Result：After nursing，the nerve function defect scores of children in two groups were lower than those of before nursing，and observation group was lower than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing，the Fugel-Meyer limb function score，motor function score and daily life ability score of children in two groups were higher than those of before nursing，and observation group were all higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing，the scores of anxiety and depression of parents in two groups were all lower than those of before nursing，and observation group were lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The rehabilitation nursing in children with brain injury can effectively promote the rehabilitation of the nerve function of the children and improve the limb function， motor function and daily living ability of the children，it also helps to alleviate the negative emotion of the parents and make the parents more satisfied with the nursing service., 百拇医药(潘丽 王冲 刘艳青 邰巍)
