综上所述，0.5 μg/kg右美托咪定单次静脉泵注可用于唇裂修复手术患儿，维持血流动力学稳定，减少术后躁动，降低FLACC评分，值得临床推广。本研究也有不足之处，没有探讨其他剂量的右美托咪定静脉单次泵注对七氟醚麻醉的唇裂患儿的影响，需要今后做进一步研究。
