基于QCC活动的手术室护理在侧路椎间盘镜手术中的应用价值(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究基于品管圈(QCC)活動的手术室护理在侧路椎间盘镜手术中的应用价值。方法：选取2015年10月-2017年10月在本院接受侧路椎间盘镜手术的患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组术中使用常规手术室护理，观察组术中进行基于QCC活动的手术室护理，比较两组手术情况、护理质量评分、护理缺陷及满意度情况。结果：观察组的术中出血量、术后引流量和手术时间均明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的专业技能、服务态度、考勤以及总分评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且护理缺陷率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=6.354，P=0.000)。观察组的患者和医生对护理的满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(字2=6.754、10.000，P=0.000、0.002)。结论：基于QCC活动的手术室护理可以提高医护人员的业务水平，增加手术效率，减少失误的发生，提高患者和医生的护理满意率。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application value of operating room nursing based on QCC activity in lateral discoscopic surgery.Method：A total of 100 patients who underwent lateral discoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as study objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，50 cases in each group.The control group was received routine operating room nursing during operation，the observation group was received operating room nursing based on QCC activity during operation.The operation condition， nursing quality score，nursing defects and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Result：The volume of intraoperative bleeding，postoperative drainage volume and operation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of professional skills，service attitude，attendance and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)；the rate of nursing defects was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (字2=6.354，P=0.000).The satisfaction degree of patients and doctors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (字2=6.754，10.000，P=0.000，0.002).Conclusion：Operating room nursing based on QCC activity can improve the professional level of medical staff，increase the efficiency of surgery，reduce the incidence of errors and improve nursing satisfaction rate of patients and doctors.
