【摘要】 目的：分析多巴胺D3受体的多态性与抑郁症患者快感缺失的关系。方法：选取抑郁症患者96例为观察组，健康查体的健康人98例为对照组。观察组使用抗抑郁药物常规治疗，提取两组基因组DNA，采用RT-PCR方法检测多巴胺D3受体rs6280基因的多态性，比较两组及不同程度快感缺失者的多巴胺D3受体rs6280等位基因频率及基因型分布，比较观察组不同基因型者SHAPS评分。结果：观察组HAMD、SHAPS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组及不同程度快感缺失者的多巴胺D3受体rs6280等位基因频率及基因型分布比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同基因型者的SHAPS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：多巴胺D3受体rs6280基因多态性与抑郁症快感缺失具有一定关系，但抑郁症快感缺失患者不同基因型分布与其快感缺失程度未发现显著差异。
