卡介苗多糖核酸和减毒活卡介苗治疗哮喘的临床疗效及对血清细胞因子和免疫细胞水平的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:研究卡介苗多糖核酸和減毒活卡介苗治疗哮喘的临床效果及对血清细胞因子和免疫细胞水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年7月-2018年5月本院收治的83例哮喘患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法不同,分为接受BCG-PSN治疗的试验组(n=42)和接受减毒活卡介苗治疗的对照组(n=41)。比较两组临床疗效、血清细胞因子水平、肺功能水平、免疫细胞水平。结果:试验组临床总有效率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-4、IL-5及IgE水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FVC、PEF水平均高于治疗前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+水平均低于治疗前,试验组CD8+水平高于治疗前,对照组CD8+水平低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组CD3+、CD4+水平均低于对照组,CD8+水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡介苗多糖核酸治疗哮喘疗效显著,对血清细胞因子与免疫细胞水平有明显的改善,同时还能够改善肺功能指标。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid and Live Attenuated BCG on asthma and the influence of serum cytokines and immune cells. Method: The clinical data of 83 asthmatic patients in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups: the experimental group treated with BCG-PSN (n=42) and the control group treated with Live Attenuated BCG (n=41). The clinical effect, serum cytokine level, lung function level and immune cell level were compared between the two groups. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.62%, significantly higher than 85.37% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IgE in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, IFN-γ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
