【摘要】 目的：探讨细微服务理念在静脉治疗专科门诊中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年6-9月在本科静脉治疗的患者350例为观察组，另选取2019年3-4月在本科静脉治疗的患者350例为对照组。对照组实施静脉治疗专科门诊常规护理，观察组实施细微服务理念护理模式。比较细微服务理念护理干预前后护士专业技能评分，并比较两组患者并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果：细微服务理念护理干预后，护士操作技能评分明显高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.9%，低于对照组的12.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为94.9%，高于对照组的83.4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：细微服务理念在静脉治疗专科门诊中的应用效果显著，有利于提升护士专业技能，降低患者并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
