【摘要】 目的：探讨加强护理岗位管理持续推进优质护理服务的效果。方法：选取护理岗位管理强化前(2018年1-12月)本院住院患者63例为对照组，选取护理岗位管理强化后(2019年1-12月)本院住院患者63例为观察组。比较两组不良事件发生情况及护理满意情况。结果：观察组不良事件发生率为3.17%，低于对照组的17.46%(P<0.05)。观察组护理技能、服务态度、健康宣教及护理满意总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：落实强化护理岗位管理，可有效降低护理不良事件发生风险，促进护理满意度的提升，有助于持续推进优质护理服务。

    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of strengthen nursing post management to continuously promote high quality nursing service.
