    【摘要】 目的：观察乳酸依沙吖啶(商品名：利凡诺)联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性外耳道湿疹的效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年7月涿州市医院收治的急性外耳道湿疹患者204例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=102)和观察组(n=102)。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组采用利凡诺+地塞米松磷酸钠浸润纱条耳内上药。观察两组患者的近期疗效、远期疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组近期和远期总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：利凡诺联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性外耳道湿疹患者的效果较好，而且不增加不良反应。
