自噬与女性生殖道感染病原体的关系

    【摘要】 自噬是真核细胞中高度保守的“自食”现象,通过自噬-溶酶体过程,实现胞内物质循环,参与病原体-宿主反应,在感染性疾病的发生发展中举足轻重。自噬具有“双刃剑”效应,适度的自噬具有保护作用,但包括人生殖道感染的病原体在内,多种致病微生物已经进化出破坏自噬和/或利用这一过程来促进其复制和持久生存的策略。这篇综述阐述了感染女性生殖道的常见微生物与宿主自噬反应的相互关系。

    [Abstract] Autophagy is a highly conserved “self-eating” phenomenon in eukaryotic cells, through the process of autophagy-lysosome, it realizes the circulation of intracellular material, participates in pathogen-host reaction, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of infectious diseases. Autophagy has a "double-edged sword" effect, and moderate autophagy has a protective effect, however, including the pathogens of human reproductive tract infections, a variety of pathogenic microorganisms have evolved to destroy autophagy and/or utilize this process to promote its strategy of replication and lasting survival. This review describes the relationship between common microorganisms that infect the female reproductive tract and the hosts autophagy.
