    【摘要】 目的：探讨在腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟直疝修补術(TEP)中采用U型缝合法关闭腹股沟直疝假疝囊的应用效果。方法：选取2016年7月-2019年7月于本院普外科行腹腔镜TEP的93例成人男性腹股沟直疝患者，按照关闭腹股沟直疝假疝囊方式不同分为U型缝合组(n=45)与倒刺线缝合组(n=48)。比较两组术中出血量、疝囊关闭时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症及术后1年复发情况。结果：两组术中出血量和术后住院时间比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。U型缝合组假疝囊关闭时间长于倒刺线缝合组(P0.05)。结论：TEP中采用U型缝合法关闭腹股沟直疝假疝囊可有效减少术后并发症发生，并能减轻术区异物牵拉感，是一种安全、有效、经济的固定方法。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of U-shaped suture in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernioplasty (TEP) in closing the false hernia sac of direct inguinal hernia.
