    【摘要】 目前经椎间孔腰椎椎间融合术(TLIF)已广泛应用于治疗各种腰椎退行性疾病，椎间融合器的置入是TLIF中关键步骤之一，可显著恢复并维持椎间隙与椎间孔的高度，改善腰椎矢状位的序列，并促进椎间植骨融合。但融合器的最佳置入方式一直存在着巨大的争议。本文通过查阅与椎间融合器放置相关的文献，从融合器置入数量的变化、置入方向的改变、矢状位和冠状位位置的影响等方面，评估融合器最佳置入方式的各项研究，以期为TLIF的临床实践提供一些理论指导。

    [Abstract] At present， transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) has been widely used in the treatment of various degenerative diseases of lumbar spine. The placement of interbody fusion cage is one of the key steps in TLIF， which can significantly restore and maintain the height of intervertebral space and intervertebral foramen， improve the lumbar sagittal position sequence， and promote intervertebral bone graft fusion. However， there is a great controversy about the best placement of the fusion cage. In this paper， through consulting the literature related to the placement of interbody fusion cages， we evaluated the best placement methods of interbody fusion cages from the changes of the number of interbody fusion cages， the direction of implantation， and the influence of sagittal and coronal positions ......
