    【摘要】 目的：探究普萘洛尔联合埃克替尼治疗EGFR突变晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法：选取2016年6月-2019年1月本院收治的80例EGFR突变晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。对照组口服埃克替尼治疗，治疗组口服普萘洛尔+埃克替尼治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、生活质量、毒副作用发生情况、肿瘤标志物变化情况、生存曲线。结果：治疗后，治療组的总缓解率和疾病控制率均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：普萘洛尔联合埃克替尼治疗EGFR突变晚期非小细胞肺癌效果明显，能有效提高患者的生活质量水平和生存率，降低患者血清肿瘤标志物，在临床上有一定的应用价值。
