对氧磷酶-1与脑梗死相关性研究进展

    【摘要】 脑梗死是指大脑的供氧血管严重狭窄或者堵塞,在一定条件下脑组织供血供氧不足引起脑组织坏死,导致神经功能缺失的一种疾病。脑梗死的发生与血管内膜损伤、炎细胞聚集、血管壁脂肪及糖类沉积、氧化应激、脂肪变性、纤维组织增生等致血管弹性下降、管腔狭窄因素相关。对氧磷酶-1是一种与高密度脂蛋白有关的酶,有调节脂质代谢、抗炎、抗氧化的作用。本文就对氧磷酶-1与脑梗死的关系进行简要综述。

    [Abstract] Cerebral infarction refers to the severe stenosis or blockage of the oxygen supplying vessels of the brain. Under certain conditions, the insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply of the brain tissue causes brain tissue necrosis and leads to a disease of the loss of nerve function. The occurrence of cerebral infarction is related to vascular intimal damage, inflammatory cell aggregation, vascular wall fat and carbohydrate deposition, oxidative stress, steatosis, fibrous tissue hyperplasia and other factors that cause vascular elasticity decline and lumen stenosis.
