    【摘要】 目的：探讨单纯喉部分切除术治疗喉癌患者的临床效果及对生存率、生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法：选取2014年4月-2015年4月本院收治的喉癌患者66例，按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，各33例。对照组给予喉部全切手术治疗，研究组给予单纯喉部分切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术后QOL评分、并发症发生情况和3、5年生存率及复发率。结果：研究组术后QOL各项评分均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：单纯喉部分切除术可提升喉癌患者治疗效果，减少并发症发生，有利于进一步延长患者的存活期，改善术后生活质量，可推广使用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of partial laryngectomy alone for patients with laryngeal carcinoma and its effect on survival rate and quality of life (QOL) score. Method： A total of 66 patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method， with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with total laryngectomy， and the study group was treated with partial laryngectomy alone. The treatment effect， postoperative QOL score， incidence of complications， 3 and 5 years survival rates and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Result： The postoperative all QOL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P0.05).
