    【摘要】 目的：探讨消炎利胆止痛汤治疗慢性胆囊炎患者的临床效果及对安全性的影响。方法：回顾性分析2019年10月-2020年10月收治的98例慢性胆囊炎患者的临床资料，根据治疗方案分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗，在对照组治疗的基础上，观察组给予消炎利胆止痛汤治疗。比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况;比较两组治疗前后的血清炎症因子、胃肠功能指标、中医证候积分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%(49/52)，高于对照组的80.43%(37/46)(P0.05)。结论：在常规西医对症治疗基础上加用消炎利胆止痛汤治疗慢性胆囊炎，有助于降低患者炎症因子水平，改善患者胃肠道功能、症状，提高疗效，且安全可靠。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoyan Lidan Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis and its influence on safety.
