    【摘要】 目的：探讨肺癌患者立体定向放射治疗的有效性及对患者外周血IL-12、IL-15水平的影响。方法：选取2018年3月-2020年3月本院收治的肺癌患者92例，根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组和对照组，每组46例。对照组应用常规放射治疗，研究组应用立体定向放射治疗。比较两组有效性、外周血IL-12与IL-15水平、肺功能。结果：研究组的有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后，研究组IL-12水平高于对照组，IL-15水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后，研究组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肺癌患者治疗过程中，立体定向放射治疗可以有效地改善患者的外周血IL-12、IL-15水平，增加治疗的有效性，临床上应当进一步推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the efficacy of stereotactic radiotherapy in patients with lung cancer and its effect on the levels of IL-12 and IL-15 in peripheral blood.
