    【摘要】 目的：探討阿立哌唑和奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的临床效果与安全性。方法：选取2018年2月-2020年2月本院收治的老年痴呆精神行为症状患者74例。将患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组37例。对照组给予奥氮平，研究组给予阿立哌唑。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况，比较两组治疗前后MMSE、ADL评分。结果：两组临床总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前和治疗1个月后，两组MMSE、ADL评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后，两组MMSE、ADL评分均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为16.22%，低于对照组的45.95%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年痴呆精神行为症状患者采取阿立哌唑和奥氮平治疗均有显著效果，能够对患者认知和日常生活能力起到改善作用，但阿立哌唑治疗患者不良反应发生率低于对照组，应推广应用。
