    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of calcium sensitizer in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on the expression of plasma myocardial injury related indexes. Method： A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the conventional group according to different treatment regimens， 40 cases in each group.
