    [Abstract] Objective： To compare and analyze the effect of Ropivacaine penile nerve block and Lidocaine Cream applied in general anesthesia for pediatric prepuce surgery. Method： A total of 90 children who underwent preserve the peritoneum intact with prepuce plate resection from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected， and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random software grouping method， 45 cases in each group. Group A was given penile nerve block with Ropivacaine and group B was given Lidocaine Cream. Blood pressure， heart rate， PAED scores， FACES scores， surgical time， exit time， dosage of Propofol and Reifentanil， postoperative penile root edema and dysuria were compared between two groups.
