    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of anal lotion on wound healing and inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess surgery. Method： A total of 84 patients with perianal abscess who received one-time incision and radical resection in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected， and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table， 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate diluent， and the treatment group was treated with anal lotion made by our hospital. The decaying time， wound healing time， pain degree， wound secretion， wound area， growth factor [vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF)， VEGF receptor 2 (VEGF-2) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)]， inflammatory factor [tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α)， interleukin-6 (IL-6) ......
