    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the application effect of acceptance and commitment therapy in the health education of elderly patients with sleep disorders. Method： A total of 100 elderly patients with sleep disorders in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine health education group， and the observation group was given acceptance and commitment therapy based on the control group. The scores of mental resilience (CD-RISD scale)， anxiety， depression， mental flexibility (AAQ-Ⅱ questionnaire) and sleep quality (PSQI scale) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention 4 and 8 weeks.
