    [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical effect of therapeutic communication system applied to patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI. Method： A total of 50 patients with ACS after PCI in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected. According to the random number table method， the patients were divided into observation group and control group， 25 cases in each group. The observation group received therapeutic communication system and routine nursing， while the control group received general communication and routine nursing.
