    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the application value of lipoprotein a [Lp (a)]， serum uric acid (UA)， homocysteine (Hcy)， triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with different severity of coronary heart disease (CHD)， so as to provide reference for the prevention， diagnosis and treatment of clinical CHD. Method： A total of 193 patients diagnosed with CHD from the outpatient or inpatient department of Cardiology of our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the CHD group， including 57 patients with mild symptoms， 92 patients with moderate symptoms and 44 patients with severe symptoms， 120 non CHD patients who came to the physical examination center of our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of Lp (a)， UA， Hcy， TG and HDL-C in serum were detected， the detection results were statistically analyzed. Result： Lp (a) ......
