    [Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of multi-point injection around the knee joint in patients with arthroscopic keen surgery. Method： A total of 80 patients who underwent knee arthroscopy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected， they were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random grouping， 40 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous analgesia pump， and the observation group received multi-point injection around the knee joint. The VAS pain scores at 4， 8， 12 and 24 h after surgery were compared between two groups， the start time of functional exercise， the time of getting out of bed， the occurrence of adverse reactions and analgesia satisfaction were compared between two groups. Result： At 4 and 8 h after surgery， there were no significan differences in VAS scores between two groups (P>0.05). At 12 and 24 h after surgery， the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ......
