    【摘要】 目的：研究達格列净对T2DM合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血糖、血脂及左心室舒张功能的影响。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治的T2DM合并CHF患者80例，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。两组均给予抗心力衰竭治疗，对照组给予常规降糖药物治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予达格列治疗。观察两组治疗前后血糖水平、血脂水平、左心室舒张功能。结果：治疗后，两组FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05)，且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组LDL-C、TG水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05)，且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后，两组HDL-C水平较治疗前均升高(P<0.05)，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组LAVI、LVML、E/e’较治疗前均降低(P<0.05)，且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：达格列净应用于T2DM合并CHF患者可纠正血糖紊乱，改善血脂水平，促进左心室舒张功能恢复。
