    【摘要】 癌因性疲乏(cancer-related fatigue，CRF)是癌症患者中常见的临床伴随症状之一，不仅影响癌症患者的整体治疗，同时对患者的日常生活及社会工作产生巨大影响。目前国内外对于癌性疲劳的发生机制尚不明确，亦缺乏公认有效的药物治疗，因此补充替代医学受到普遍关注。其中针灸因其操作简便，安全有效被越来越多癌症患者接受。本文就针灸及其相关疗法治疗癌因性疲乏的近年临床研究进行总结归纳，以期为今后针灸提高癌症患者生存质量提供参考依据。
