电风暴管理的研究进展
【摘要】 电风暴(electrical storm,ES)是一种短期内反复发作的室性心律失常(ventricular arrhythmia,VA),是危及生命的医学急症,它的发生严重影响着患者的短期和长期生存预后。目前的研究表明,应考虑多管齐下的方法来管理电风暴,包括识别和纠正可逆性诱因、植入型心律转复除颤器(ICD)设备编程、药物治疗(β受体阻滞剂、其他抗心律失常药)和非药物治疗(导管消融、神经轴调节技术)。【关键词】 电风暴 室性心律失常 植入型心律转复除颤器 β受体阻滞剂

[Abstract] Electrical storm (ES) is a short-term recurrent ventricular arrhythmia (VA), which is a life-threatening medical emergency. Its occurrence seriously affects the patient's short-term and long-term survival prognosis. The current research shows that a multi-pronged approach to managing electrical storms should be considered, including identification and correction of reversible triggers, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) device programming, drug treatment (β-blocker, other antiarrhythmics) and non-drug treatment (catheter ablation, neuronal axonal modulation techniques).
