【摘要】 目的：探讨基于吞咽功能评估的分级护理联合早期床上康复训练对食管癌根治术患者预后的影响。方法：选择2022年2月—2024年2月中山大学肿瘤防治中心收治的94例食管癌根治术患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，各47例。对照组术后给予常规康复护理，观察组术后给予基于吞咽功能评估的分级护理联合早期床上康复训练。统计两组术后误吸、吸入性肺炎发生率，比较两组吞咽功能、营养指标变化。结果：观察组术后误吸、吸入性肺炎发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。干预后，观察组各项吞咽功能评分均低于干预前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；干预后，观察组血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)均高于干预前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：基于吞咽功能评估的分级护理联合早期床上康复训练能够改善食管癌根治术患者吞咽功能，预防其术后误吸及吸入性肺炎发生，改善其营养状态。
