    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effcacy of endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Ilaprazole and modified Thrombin spray in the treatmentof acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANVUGIB).Method： A total of 80 ANVUGIB patients admited to Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2O24 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method， with 40 cases in each group.Thecontrol group received endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Ilaprazole，while the observation group received additional modified Thrombin spray.
