【摘要】目的探讨职业暴露前防护与职业暴露后处置的方法，进而为健全职业暴露防护技术规范、标准体系打下基础。方法收集笔者所在医院2006年1月~2010年12月医务人员54例职业暴露案例，对发生职业暴露地点、方式、部位、暴露源和暴露后应急处置与跟踪随访进行回顾性分析。结果54例职业暴露的医务人员，经及时正确处理，跟踪随访检测相关指标正常，无相关感染后症状体征，未发现职业暴露后感染者。结论做好防护设施事前投入与暴露前医务人员本底检测,严格规范诊疗操作规程与暴露后的标准处置，是降低职业暴露发生和职业暴露感染机率行之有效的方法。
