利凡诺联合米非司酮引产40例效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨利凡诺与米非司酮联合应用在引产中的效果。方法对40例中期引产患者用利凡诺与米非司酮联合应用，并与40例单纯用利凡诺引产的对照组比较效果。结果研究组从宫缩开始到胎儿娩出时间平均约11 h，对照组平均时间约18 h；研究组产后出血量平均为90 ml，对照组130 ml；研究组产后软产道无裂伤，对照组宫颈裂伤1例，研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利凡诺与米非司酮联合应用能缩短宫缩时间，出血少，患者痛苦小。
