     【摘要】目的比较体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(ONCABG)和非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)治疗冠心病的近期疗效。方法2003年6月~2010年12月共对70例患者进行CABG，其中28例为ONCABG，42例为OPCABG，比较其术中、术后一些指标的差异性。结果OPCABG组其呼吸机辅助时间、24 h胸腔引流量、24 h输血量、正性肌力药物应用、神经精神方面并发症、病死率等明显低于ONCABG组。结论两种手术方法均有效，但对高风险患者OPCABG更安全。
