【摘要】目的探讨城市社区胃癌患者生存质量状况及其影响因素。方法选取2009年1月1日~10月31日经笔者所在医院确诊，到2010年1月1日~10月31日仍存活的且地址明确的胃癌患者共200例，采用问卷调查方法，采用非条件Logistic模型进行胃癌患者的生存质量影响因素分析。结果统计学分析结果显示，在年龄、性别、家庭收入、文化程度、负担形式等指标上，胃癌患者前后生存质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响胃癌患者生存质量的因素主要为人口社会学特征因素，医护人员不但要重视患者躯体症状的改善，而且要加强患者心理和社会功能的改善。
