【摘要】目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(a-L-fucosidase,AFU)和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)对原发性肝癌(primary hepatocarcinoma,PHC)的诊断价值。方法 对127例原发性肝癌、80例良性肝病和50例健康人血清中AFP、AFU和Hcy进行联合检测，同时进行对比分析。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU和Hcy水平均明显高于良性肝病组及正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；AFP、AFU和Hcy联合检测的敏感性比单项检测高。结论联合检测AFP、AFU和Hcy可提高对原发性肝癌的诊断率，对早期诊断有一定的指导意义。
