彩超对颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值分析

【摘要】目的评价高频彩超对高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化及硬化前早期改变的诊断价值。方法 使用7 MHz高频彩超检查72例临床确诊的高血压患者的颈动脉，并将检查结果与对照组56例健康受检者(明确无高血压、糖尿病及其他心血管疾病症状)进行对比。结果高血压组72例中阳性病例67例，形成斑块共56例(图1~2)，内膜增厚7例(图3)，仅4例表现为内膜毛糙(图4)，内膜增厚和毛糙的11例患者中，有8例年龄均在45岁以下。而对照组56例中，阳性病例仅7例，斑块2例，内膜增厚3例，内膜毛糙2例。结论 高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化发生率远远高于正常人群，高频彩超诊断动脉粥样硬化简便可行，准确率高，具有极高的诊断价值。
