肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究(1)

【摘要】目的观察肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将64例患者配对成32组随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予替米沙坦，治疗组给予肾水方联合替米沙坦，疗程均为2个月。观察治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣镜检红细胞、血压、血清IL-13的变化。结果治疗组能降低24 h尿蛋白、血尿、血压、血清IL-13，优于对照组。结论肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可以减少蛋白尿、血尿，降低血压、血清IL-13水平，提示其作用机制可能与抑制炎性反应有关，对慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的治疗作用。
